JAG, a top two finalist and stand out contestant of The Next Food Network Star's season 3, offers his style of Latino fusion flavors to America. Author of his signature cooking style Latino Fusionè, This South Bronx/Jersey native redefines Latin Fusion by creating dishes highlighted by classical French and traditional Italian cuisine. JAG combines authentic Puerto Rican flavors with cutting edge technique to showcase his Latin fusion cuisine.
